CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Ignite Barre and Fitness Studio offers 50-60 minute, calorie burning, music bumping, full body workouts composed of resistance training exercises focusing on alignment, balance, strengthening, and toning. 

IGNITE BARRE

Our signature Barre class combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of pilates, yoga, and strength training. Each class will focus on high-repetition, low-impact exercises driven by great music that will provide a total body workout followed by stretching to lengthen and tone your entire body. 

IGNITE MAT 45

Ignite Mat 45 is a brisk-paced, calorie-intensive workout fusing the benefits of barre with the perks of mat Pilates. Enjoy a combination of floor work and standing work designed to pinpoint your glutes, hamstrings, and their surrounding muscles like lower back and waistline. Expect the same thorough workout from head to toe with a focus on moderate to high resistance; here, you’ll get to play with all of Ignites equipment including ankle weights, long and short resistance bands, and weights to build lean and strong muscles in the same time capacity as a 1-hour class. While Ignite Mat 45 is 100% low-impact, you can look forward to a significant calorie burn through the use of dynamic, multi-muscular movements.

IGNITE YOGA FLOW

Flow through a dynamic sequence of yoga postures that range from foundational poses to more advanced variations. Emphasis is placed on proper alignment, balance, and fluidity of movement. This continuous flow of movement and breath generates a meditative state, encouraging practitioners to let go of thought and focus on experience of the present moment. Conclude the practice with relaxation and meditation sessions to leave you feeling centered and rejuvenated.

POUND

Pound is a full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. using ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising. pound transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Designed for all fitness levels, Pound® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up, and rockin' out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeal to rockstars of all ages and abilities.

Join us anytime, anywhere! Our on demand library consist of Ignites signature full body 50-60 minute classes. Short on time? We created a series of workouts aiming to target certain areas that will be sure to fire up those muscles. 

LIVE STREAM EQUIPMENT

Light to medium hand weights, light to medium exercise band, exercise pilates ball, and a chair or countertop for your barre surface.

PERSONALIZED PRIVATE TRAINING

Our one hour private sessions are tailored to your goals, whether it’s building strength, flexibility, stability or simply to feel good.  Private sessions are a great way to get the training you need to expedite your fitness goals.


SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS 

We offer semi-private sessions for groups of 2 or more.  Whether it’s a date night or girls’ day we are here for it! We will cater the session to the group's needs, because working out is better with friends.


PRIVATE PARTIES 

Celebrate birthdays, bachelorette parties and company events the healthy way with an IGNITE private workout. For groups of 5 to more, you bring your people and we will bring the fire.
